Indonesia is a beautiful country situated in south-east Asia. Before 1990 there was no official national floral emblem associated. But in the year of 1993 Indonesia selected & announced three flowers as National floral emblem under three different categories.

And one of them is "Rafflesia arnoldii". It is a very rare flower of Indonesia as well as it is found at a specific place know as Bengkulu province. This is a natural forest where this species first found in the year of 1818 by Dr. Arnold.
So the Rare Flower of Indonesia is "Rafflesia Arnoldii" also known as Raksasa Rafflesia and Puspa langka. The flower is one of the biggest flowers in the world with a diameter of 1 meter and a weight up to 11kgs.
