Trinidad and Tobago is an island country in the Caribbean . The National flower of Trinidad and Tobago is The Chaconia popularly known as " Wild Poinsettia ". It is a flaming red forest flower also called Pride Of Trinidad and Tobago . Trinidad and Tobago declared The Chaconia as its national flower on it's Independence day 31st  August 1962 . It can be easily identified by its red flaming color long sprays of magnificent vermilion. It starts blossom end of August around the independence day of Trinidad and Tobago.
